If you are going through a difficult time in your life and need a safe space to process your feelings and experiences, you've come to the right place. When we are facing challenges, it can feel very lonely which makes it even harder to navigate anxiety or grief. We all need support and connection and sometimes it helps to talk with someone who isn't a friend or family member. I'm compassionate, non-judgmental and easy to talk to. I will give you my undivided attention and listen to anything you want to share. I want to understand your lived experience, struggles and hopes for the future. I'll give you feedback and resources as well to help you continue to move forward in between sessions. I can also use some experiential methods for clients who are open to them that go beyond "just talk therapy" which can accelerate the therapy process.
